I really like the Spartacus approach that the team used here.  They are sorta taking up for their leader AND mocking the clueless national media without them even realizing that they are being mocked.  Love that.

Btw, I originally saw that 3 players had done this because the official panthers twitter account had retweeted each of them.  Since then, the panthers account un-retweeted them if that is a thing.

I feel like they thought better of being a part of this ruse.

That Peter King's only comment with his ranking of the Panthers #3 on his power list this week is about the banner means that either the banner situation is a bigger topic of conversation than we believe it is (meaning really big on a national level).... or that Peter King is a doofus who didn't even bother to watch our game to be able to write about the Panthers intelligently.
