This is a better quiz. I knew all of these, but missed a couple of the OP quiz. I'm not the type who remembers how many years we've been to the playoffs.

First real games was vs. ATL and we almost won - were lined up for a 2 pointer to take the lead at the end of reg., but someone jumped off sides and we kicked an extra point. Went on the lose that game and the next four. Won the first real game against the Jets. 

 

I was also at the HOF game sitting in the endzone that we held them out of to win the game

I got all 10 from ItsNotGonnaBeAlright's quiz (although I had to say "the Colts" because I didn't know where they came from before Indianapolis) but I only got 6 in the FB quiz.

Unsure of bandwagon status...

I was pleased that even though I've only been a fan since late 2012, that I knew 9 out of 10.  I too missed the NFCCG question. 

But my love of stats had helped me.  I knew easily who leading rusher, sacks, & receiver were. etc.

The very first question about the longest reception in the SB was a bit dicey.  I admit I guessed a bit. I was pretty sure it wasn't Smitty or Proehl.  Had never heard of Mangum, I'm afraid.  So I guessed Moose and was right.

As for this quiz:

1) Didn't know it.  MIGHT have guessed it correctly from a multiple choice.

2) I learned about this earlier this year.

10) Didn't know it.  Should have figured it out (it's pretty obvious), but I was drawing a blank...

 

Anyway, it's encourging that even though I'm a very RECENT fan, it's nice to see that my passion for the Panthers have helped me learn & care about the team's history such that there are things I know & understand this season that I would have been clueless about 2 years ago.  2 years ago I would have failed both of these quizzes TERRIBLY.

Yeah, 100%. Had to count playoff appearances. Regardless of the test or not I've stuck with this team through 1-15, 2-14, plus countless 7-9 years so not a bandwagon fan.

Sure is nice to have confidence in rhis team again.

Neat quiz.  I would add hard core questions occasionally (I e something outside scope of current players and coaches)

who was in strike force 

who inspired keep pounding

etc
