With the missed games I don't think Luke will quite have the stats to win it this year(though going forward he will always be in the convo for the next decade plus). The only player with a shot besides JJ Watt is Norman. If he shuts down Julio twice with Odell in-between those two games the media hype will be enormous. If he can manage to get a couple picks as well it would all but seal him winning the award.

To the people saying the JNO has been better because we won games without luke, that doesnt say anything about who has played better but the fact that we have the deepest group of LB and almost no depth at CB. You can't really compare whose been better. Its different positions and different roles. But no doubt they have both been great. But for either one to get it they're gonna have to ball out these last few weeks and JJ Watt is gonna have to play subpar

Cam and Luke SHOULD be the second, hands down.

JJ Watt is great, but you have to consider the responsibilities of the position... Luke is the QB of our defense.

Has anyone else broke the PFF rating scale?

Kinda, JJ did a couple years ago I think, or was just so high that it didn't make sense....been a while.

Either way, I think that JJ wins it as they don't want to give CAR too many awards. I see RR as coach of the year, and Cam as the MVP....Luke would probably win DPOY but he missed too many games.  Norman could possibly contend if he pops a couple more INT's and shuts everyone down including Jones and OBJ.

    • Winning games and be a +500 team are good. But the goal is to win Super Bowl.  Chiefs had Alex Smith, went to playoff twice and still replaced him.   BY as of now: - To many fumbles - Completion in the intermediate range is just far below acceptable - Not enough of a deep throw threat....   The stats you try use is deceiving.  Catchable......  That is an opinion. Show me the completion %. And also, how does BY compare to other QBs using the stats you cited. Oh... ranked at 27

    • The Entitlement Paradox: When Winning Isn't Enough for Panther fans.    Just the other season(s) we were praying for wins by any means. Brought in every run of the mill QB you could think of.  We know all sides of the ball was bad like egregious bad. However some how we have won 5 games and TOXIC ENTITLEMENT has emerged.    We are a team that has to take wins by anymeans nothing has changed. Keep pounding means it aint gonna be perfect!!    Some panther fans have now developed a toxic entitlement where even victories feel insufficient, demanding flawless performance, or perfection, which stems from historical success in which we dont have any lol. This mindset poisons communities by fostering relentless criticism, harassment, and ingratitude that undermine team morale and alienate casual supporters. For the new Carolina Panthers, this could manifest as fans booing Bryce Young after gritty wins for low passing yards despite low turnovers, pressuring tepper into premature changes mid-rebuild, or driving away talent through online abuse!! eroding the positive momentum from their recent 4-game streak has brought us. Trust and believe the players do see your toxicity.    Anyways here are some positive stats.      Most Accurate QB on... 20+ Yard Throws 1. Drake Maye (79.2%) 2. Sam Darnold (79.2%) 3. Bryce Young (75.0%) 10-19 Yard Throws 1. Jaxson Dart (88.0%) 2. Jayden Daniels (82.9%) 3. Drake Maye (80.7%) 0-9 Yard Throws 1. Drake Maye (92.9%) 2. Spencer Rattler (92.6%) 3. Bryce Young (91.7%) @FantasyPtsData
