Cheap shots defender, hides behind official....

Clearly OBJ speeds up to hit the defender after the ball is out of play. He then promptly hides behind the official, scared of repercussions.

I realize it is yesterday's news, but clearly OBJ has been a dirty player all season long. The national media needs to look beyond his one handed catch and report the truth.

I don't think he does, judging from the uncomfortable and weird excuses coming from his camp.

He needs to be exposed for what he is.

Seems like that is coming more from the Giants PR department than anything else. Only because the narrative has changed. Judging by his behavior versus other teams this has been happening throughout the season, it just did not receive much recognition on a national scale. He knows that coaches/players around the NFL have seen his glaring weakness in it's worst form. Get him off his game mentally, and he will hurt his team.

Unfortunately it does not appear that the Giants staff are holding him accountable for his actions much, if at all whatsoever. So things could very well continue to spiral considering how nonchalant his own head coach has been about his behavior.

Blandino told ref to consider ejection

And yet even with the league's endorsement, they still let things go on. That's ridiculous. The officials for that game absolutely should be penalized in some way.

And then there's this...

Irvin: Every team goes after Beckham with slurs

First off, I don't buy that the Panthers did. As Rivera said, show me some evidence.

But if what Irvin said is true and this is happening every game, doesn't that pretty much weaken it as an excuse for what he did this game?

Irvin's not exactly the sharpest knife in the drawer, so I kinda doubt he realizes that in his attempt to defend Beckham, he could actually be undermining him.

Please just lighten up. The whole thing is so stupid you gotta joke at this, especially when OBJ made it a bigger deal than it is.

It is possible to joke about things without being a homophobic douche nozzle, and embarrassing the huddle in the process.

You can't really take the high road while stepping on your own dick at the same time.

    • I think that depends more on how high our pick is. If we have the 1st, 2nd or even 3rd pick i think we are drafting a QB rather than shopping FA market for a QB1. Curious if we’d be reluctant to start a rookie QB week 1 though.
    • Hurney 2.0 and Fitts were so bad I don't know if it was intentional or they were that abysmally clueless. Fittershits panicked repeatedly being on the back end of positional runs while Hurney couldn't evaluate anyone outside of the 1st.  I can't figure out why Plummer still has a jersey. There's no reason. Dalton brings nothing to the table. If another QB gets cut that has given a glimmer of anything better than what we have, we should look, and that goes for every position.  I cant get over how much different this team could have been with a competent GM and having accepted the Rams offer for Burns. This franchise could have gone in a totally different direction.
    • I thought tanking wasn't actually a thing and we were firmly against it though?
