Just by happen stance. I am reading the Lord of the Rings at the moment. Well, not at this moment in time, cuz obviously, I am here on the Huddlez. But, I am in the process of reading it. First time.

I've never actually read it. Been too busy reading college textbooks. But when I graduate in May, reading classics like Tolkien and Lewis will be on my list. Lol

Kewl, time to go kill some Panther fans who don't live in the Carolinas with kindness, good work.

Kindness is the only arrow in my quiver. I am to please. Unfortunately, my aim ain't what it used to be. At my age it is hit or miss at its best. But hey, I keep pounding. The worse that can happen is...the misses make me look goofy. I can live with that.

I just enjoy reading the stories from fans that are able to take the high road when confronted by opposing fans. These fans epitomize what the Panthers stand for.

Or something to that effect. Like I said, my aim ain't what it used to be. I know what I want to say. But my fingers just have a mind of their own.

I drive a taxi for the Rail Road. I have lots of time to read. I can read 2-3 books a month on the job. Got the Trilogy for Xmas, along with a Kindle. Took the Trilogy to work, and read the Kindle when I go to bed. Usually read about an hour each night to calm me to sleep.

I have a faint memory of those textbooks of which you speak. Actually, my biggest memory is the wife being jealous of how much time I spent with them. She would stand in the doorway and patiently wait for me to acknowledge her. She can be so cute when she wants to be.

I've been noticing there are bandwagon fans that are only here becasue 15-1 and then there are bandwagon fans that are only here for Cam.

I'm cool with it becasue this team is still pretty young most on here are older than the actual team..All I hope is with all this winning we don't become one of those entitled fan bases like the pats fan base.

One of the things I love about the panthers as an organization is that down home feel to it..I wanna keep that no matter how much the team grows in fans

I have to admit, when I flew to Charlotte and watched my first game there, the people were really welcoming. Even my brother, who is a Chargers fan and married to a Chargers cheerleader, admitted our organization is better than theirs. Heck I just liked that I wasn't getting challenged to fight over and over again like I have at Qualcomm.

The fact that you felt the need to tell us that Deshaun Foster played for us.....

Well to be fair. There just may be a few of the newer fans who weren't aware of said fact. Not every fan is a walking thesaurus of Panther facts.

I get it in PA. I like it.  If people are calling me a bandwagon fan it's because the Panthers are kicking ass.

What's good is how far the Panthers have penetrated into the average football fan's psyche. I'd go long periods of time here in the non Carolinas and no one would react to my Panther gear. Now we're on their frontal lobes.

Wonder why that is? Is it the Cam effect? Or is it because we are starting to win, and folks are actually getting to see us on tv now? I mean, we are getting more national attention.

I travel through NC, Tenn, and Ga but not many folks comment on my Panther gear. I wear my Michigan State gear and plenty of folks comment on them. I'd say I am confused, but that is pretty much a normal state of mind.

I think it's all of the bolded part. Not sure about the Michigan interest.

And for every "I've been there since 2002" there are a hundred "I've been there since 1995" calling them a bandwagon fan.
