Will the NFL will be on the Panthers' side?

As always, AS LONG AS THE PANTHERS SUFFER NO MAJOR INJURIES, they can win this Sunday. What isn't the norm is how the officials will be pro-Panthers for maybe the first time in franchise history. The NFL wants Super Bowl 50 to be the Patriots vs the Panthers, Brady vs Cam, rematch of Super Bowl 38, rematch of the Monday Night Football classic from 2 seasons ago.

No doubt about it, as long as the Panthers don't play like crap or beat themselves in some way, there won't be any officiating excuses to complain about after this Sunday's game.

Both the NFL and the media want that first matchup. If not that one then the 2nd. Sorry Arizona, only Arizona and Cam-haters want you there instead.

Pretty sure the Super Bowl will do just fine with any of the 4 combinations. I don't think the NFL cares who gets there.

In answer to your question, no.  I don't think the NFL will give the Panthers the respect they need until the Panthers dominate, dominate, and dominate again.  Then, we get some respect from the NFL.  We have to beat the other teams plus the refs.

What part of the word "prefer" don't you understand? Of course the NFL AND THE MEDIA care.

In conclusion, anyone who tries to blame the officials for anything that happens Sunday is clueless.

the panthers are marketable. the NFL would love us to make the super bowl.

Nah, the Super Bowl is money regardless of what teams play at this point. Hell if anything the commish would keep the Patriots out if he could due to this past offseason.

Did you not learn anything from our last opponent s fan base!!! AZ is in the scope. Revenge for that 2008 night game where we saw Jake delohomme got publicly executed... 

 

Ps. For the new fans that Arizona game is the straw that that broke the Panthers back . Caused years of misery  and marinating in the basement.
