Massive Addition Coming to Carowinds in 2016-2017

Carowinds is going to be bringing back some of that old carnival feel to the park.  they have gathered a collection of flat rides and will be adding them to the park over the next 2 seasons.  Seeing how everything has been getting bigger/newer, its going to be nice to see some nostalgic rides come to Carowinds.

"After extensive rehabs, five of the rides are heading to Carowinds outside Charlotte, N.C."

my 13 yo kid spent most of last summer at Carowinds, went on the new coaster something like 70 times. I don't think this stuff is as much his cup of tea but the more rides, the smaller the lines, the better things are.

I get a little sicky feeling on the snoopy coaster these days so personally um no thanks to all of them, but good on them for doing this. Would really much rather see that arcade have more old school games so I can waste some time out of the sun.

    • I'm looking at the schedule and I see a 10+win season easy.  I think Carolina goes undefeated in the division.  I also believe that the Bears, Bengals, Lions, Browns, Steelers are very winnable.  Revenge game with phillips and the eagles could be a win.  Honestly only 2 games I see as chalking up a L to off the bat is the Seahawks and Broncos.
    • I guess so. Don't think I was involved with previous discussions.  Tepper is one of the newest owners in the NFL. Dan is going into his 3rd season as a GM - ever. Dave is going into his 3rd season as a HC - ever. Before becoming a HC, he was an OC/playcaller for one season total. Idzik is about to go into his 1st year as a play caller - ever. WRs are rookies, sophomores and 3rd year guys - though the experienced 3rd year guys are XL and Coker (who has missed a ton of games). TEs are guys going into their 2nd and 3rd seasons, and Tommy Tremble - though Sanders has missed a ton of games. QB has played 3 years. Chuba is an experienced RB, but Brooks and Etienne have taken very little snaps at the position. O-line is more experienced vets with some talent - which is HUGE. Need them to stay healthy. I mean the offense is very young in every aspect except O-line. You see it differently?
