Here's a question to Cam at the post game press conference.

 

What’s your message to Panthers fans?
“We’ll be back.”

I surely hope so. The NFC isn't gonna be a joke all of the sudden though. I'd expect the Hawks, Cards, and Packers to contend again, but there are a couple others that could be trouble too.

us, seattle and green bay should be the class of the NFC. arizona too if carson plays well and can stay on the field

Made the Superbowl with major holes on the roster.   Teams have a lot of ground to make up.

While I love this team, getting back to the SB is extremely difficult. Yes, Seattle just did it; but it takes more than talent and skill. There's also luck.

Look at the Saints... they have Drew Breese and they've only made it once. 

So many things change year in and year out. I think it's a little naive to assume we'll be back.

This loss put a bad taste in their mouths. They will be back and back with a vengeance. Cam and Benji are gonna be dangerous. The NFC will go through the Seahawks and Panthers.

What happened this year wasnt luck...

it was PURE talent on that Roster

I hope so.  But not sure how many years it will take ....  This year seemed like the perfect storm for us.  I feel badly for players who might not have a few years left.

Oh we will. All the Cam piling on is just unreal.  I hope he comes out next year and scores 52 touchdowns.

On paper at least, the Panthers have every reason to be optimistic.  They have every reason to expect that they'll be even better next year.

Remember when they were supposed to be a mediocre-at-best team this season, with their no name receivers, and their clearance sale free agents?  Then when they lost KB they were just written off as a total non factor?  Well look what they did with that pieced together group.

Next year KB is back, and they have some actual cap space to use in the FA market.  We have every reason to be excited about their prospects for next season.
