I said prior to his being drafted that Manziel was exactly the kind of quarterback who could thrive in college but completely wash out of the NFL.

Looking more and more like that's exactly what's going to happen. I tend to think his off-the-field silliness is really just accelerating the process.

Manziel is a better passer than Griffin. Griffin has lost his confidence because he can't make all the throws. He wants to see a receiver wide open before he pulls the trigger.

I think Manziel has the most potential on the field right now because he isn't afraid to play, make mistakes, and learn. 

Now off the field, Johnny is a wreck and that stuff does affect his ability to compete at the highest level. He's not a professional - well anything.

When Charlie Sheen is worried about you, and the Dallas Cowboys won't touch you, that puts you in a bad place and I don't see Manziel in the league next season. I hope he can turn his life around and get back in the league, he's got talent if he only knew how to use it. 

There's no real debate on the question. RG3 will get signed this off season and has the ability to succeed in the right scenario. He's got enough talent to develop into a player that can make most of their throws from under center, and if he regains that play making ability from outside the pocket, he's got franchise QB potential. Protect him, build an offense around him, and arguably he's better than any QB prospect in this draft.
