This is not Bene's fault. It's the coaches who put him in a position to play Julio one on one. Bene can not be faulted for his level of play, when he plays, I resume, to the level he is capable of. It's the coaches fault that they expose him like that

  They were winning with JAG QBs prior to Purdy. They just had an elite overall roster. Now a lot of that roster is quickly aging and they've anchored themselves to a JAG QB on a monster contract. Gonna be tough sledding.

  I agree 100% people keep talking about how loaded their team was but the star guys are almost always injured and last yearpurdy had no one at all and still put up good numbers. As a panther fan i would be thrilled for purdys worse season wish more people would actually look at his stats u could argue his worse season is better than all but 1 or 2 cam seasons for the panthers. It will be interesting to see how some players do away from purdy i believe he actually makes alot of them better. But all moot if they make the playoffs again this year the contract was worth it
