Anyone going to the Seahawks game?

I know it is a few weeks away but I am going to Portland Dec 1st through the 7th and I am thinking of driving up to Seattle for the game. Anyone have any experience at Century link or the Seattle area? Looking for hotel recommendations and maybe some stuff to do for the weekend. 

I haven't bought tickets yet and I am not sure if I should use something like stub hub or maybe try and get tickets in Seattle the weekend of the game?

First time traveling to an away game so not sure what to expect. Any advice / recommendations  are appreciated.

I was in Seattle for my sisters wedding in August and stayed at the Hyatt downtown. It was pretty cool and walking distance to everything. Carhartt store was just a couple blocks away so I was in seventh heaven. 

You can get onto the train from there too which takes you right to century link field.

For fun take the train. The station is like 3 blocks from the stadium and there are hotels within walking distance.

I'll be in the house. I got college buddies up there I was gonna be staying with. I did check out some Airbnb spots and they had nice accommodations for reasonable prices.

And Dec 2 is my birthday so it's gonna be an interesting weekrnd. Don't forget casa Diablo whilst in Portland. I've also had fun in the boom boom room.

I would 100% If they were hosting the Hornets. Same reason I'm going to make the drive to Seattle to see the Panthers. Experience isn't the same when it's not your team.
