Norman wouldn't sign the franchise tender.

I repeat:

NORMAN WOULDN'T SIGN THE FRANCHISE TENDER.

(And, no, the "Golly gee I was gonna sign it!" PR put forth by Norman and his team AFTER everything ended doesn't count.  Because if he was "gonna sign it" then he damn well would have signed it.)

He didn't..."wouldn't" is speculation that we will never know for sure...it is equally valid G-man was premature in rescending the tag...

No worries man, a lot of people around here just can't take BAE bashing for some reason.  Do you, sir.

If you have a valid point, most folks will listen to you. If you go emotional, and all herpy derpy, most are not going to take you seriously.

It's human nature to ignore emotional outbursts. And you have to admit that some of the Gman haters use emotion to try and sway people's opinions. "Gman is stupid for..." or "If you can't see how stupid Gman is, you are just as dumb" is not an argument, it is a whine.

But people will debate a rational, well thought opinion. "Man if Gman only would have" is good starting point to debate.

If you want to be taken seriously, leave the overblown emotional outbursts out of it.

Bad strategy by G-man...still left us in a bad place...looking for rinse and repeat... perpetual rebuilding for other teams... G-man the perfect developmental  league GM for the NFL..

One time is not a trend. have you taken any university math or statistics or finance or science level courses? It's typically covered in all of them. Have touched ever drawn a line with a pen, pencil, or crayon?

Valid is valid whether emotional or not...and whether you like the way the point is presented...ignoring or not taking seriously isn't confirmation or invalidation... it's just a choice...

I did not say that. I said if you want to be taken seriously, you have to make a rational point.

Whether you believe it or not. Most folks tend to not respond to emotional outbursts. Or if they respond at all it is to either laugh at, or to make fun of, those types of posts.

If you act like an emotional child, you will be treated as such. If you act like a rational adult, you will be treated as such as well.

Same pt ...approval not necessary... nor sought...but having said that never have I had an "emotional outburst" on this board...that's your own delusion...

i take it you aren't in the tinderbox often

Not in a very long time and certainly not now. I have anger issues right now that I don't need to be provoked.

Also, I hate spellchecker and autocomplete more each day.
