This is why you have to win games early on in the season, so you can have some wiggle room in 2nd half of the season.

The 3rd down conversion doesn't matter if Rivera doesn't call the time outs to give Tampa time to score.  

To be fair, even tho Norman is in his 30s, if we had paid him 15 million a season, he probably could have talked Rivera into going for it on 4th and a foot with the game on the line today, and likewise made Shula get the play in quicker in lieu of burning our last time out on the final drive.
