Rivera worried about team's "mental health"

If Ron is truly concerned about the mental well being of his players, this is when the team and the fanbase get to see what he's really made of. A true head coach will rally his troops and get them to the finish line still swinging (even if the season is shot to hell). Just another guy who happens to be in a head coaching position will treat everything like business as usual and shirk the blame to other things. So, which guy is the coach of the Carolina Panthers?

Pretty much the same boat I'm on. Not much point griping about every single little thing at this juncture. Whatever decisions are made will likely happen at season's end and as a fan, I don't make that decision. For that reason, my level of frustration can only reach so high. Something I had to learn going through the 2010 season.

I think it was clear at Seattle that the players had mailed it in and given up. I would play whoever wants to give maximum effort whether they were a starter or not. That might wake a few guys up who are going through the motions.

That's actually the best thing I heard on this forum in a month.
