Anyone actually watch or listen to the press conference? I mean, it seriously sounds like Rivera just gets one softball after another tossed to him. 

Does anyone really come at him with questions regarding his idiot decisions, or ask him if he uses the same guy to make the cardboard cutouts of him on the sidelines like JRs cardboard cutout in the owner's box?

Rivera would get eaten alive if he was in the New York media market. The Charlotte media sucks. They're too afraid to ask legit questions that need to be answered.

They dont let reporters in that ask hard questions, its a soft organization.
