And I do wonder who would be willing to take the 49ers job right now.  Fired their most successful coach in the last 20 years, then fired his replacement after one year, then fired the next replacement after one year.  Only reason to go there is if is the candidate knows he is not that good, but wants to get NFL head coach pay for a single season.  

Don't see how anyone could go coach there or Buffalo.  Buffalo is just as comical. GM there said today he had no idea Rex was even on the hotseat, didn't know why he was fired and didn't hire him and....and the the interim HC was put in place because Rex recommended it.

I don't know why so many people think Kelly isn't a good coach in the NFL.  It isn't his fault the 49ers sucked and his biggest issue in Philadelphia (in the 3rd season; he went 10-6 in the first two seasons with garbage like Nick Foles as his main QB) was he should never have had so much say in the front office.

His offense was top five in his first two years in Philly.  Even when he had clearly less talent in the 3rd year (no McCoy, Jackson, Maclin, people figuring out his QB), they were still 12th in yards and 13th in points.  A better mark than what we had this year.  And look at how well he had Kaepernick playing this year despite the horrendous supporting cast.

I personally would support Kelly as OC.  He's an outstanding offensive mind.  He probably should go back to college though; he would be one of the highest paid college coaches.
