Nope, it is not him. I follow that person. They changed their name not long ago. That is why there is no verified check mark. Luke is @lukekuechly. Luke's last tweet was on Jan 7.

This guy has always been a punk.  Back in 2004 when the pep rally was uptown for the Panthers they got him to get on stage to speak.  He wouldn't pay any mind to the fans he was RIGHT in front of before he went up.  Was straight up rude.  Obviously was there just for publicity.

Flair is truly, exactly who his in ring character is, and maybe worse.
