It's the same hurdle as last season. Whatever pieces we have, whether already here or brand new, have to stay reasonably together for the season with the occasional plug or two. Otherwise, the best we can hope for is bandage everything together until it inevitably falls apart.

Biggest hurdle I give the slight edge to coaching/FO, close second players. We have a defensive coach with majority our picks dedicated to the defensive side yet constantly have that group underachieving, FO has to quit relying heavily on rookies in skill positions, especially without any vet presence. Our coaching philosophy needs an adjustment, the over conservative bs needs to go out the window regardless who's at fault, and need to get players that are going to help day 1 in the first round
