Wow. That is not good. Seriously, I had a better vertical than that back in HS. Granted, I weighed 60+ pounds less than him.

Vertical is not about weight though. Its about explosivness. Most people are just born with a good vertical or not. Cooks is average and Fournette is disappointing.

Truth. I'm 34 now and could stand to drop about 25 pounds and I can still grab a 10' rim at 5'10".
