The wife says I'm a freak of nature. I prefer to look at it as more of a step up in the evolutionary process.

But yeah, it has been said that I have a PHD in BS, and am not to be taken seriously. I get it. Folks be haters. It's just in their nature. I have dealt with it my entire life. Guys want to be me, and the chicks? Let's just say...they dig me...and leave it at that.

Bench is one of those lifts that people can be good at well into their forties and fifties. If you have that shoulder structure, its natural. 

It's also a lift not worth training if you're not naturally good at it.
