Fox Best Bet Is To Now Start Matt Moore

He's/we are in a lose situation with Jake period. That will show that he's finally breaking his loyalty, and he's committed to winning by making a change. Otherwise it shows the opposite. Starting Feely is as bad too

If he do, and this season flip around then maybe he will be kept around one more year. In his situation, thats really he's ONLY choice. Defenses know what to do with Jake. Move on to atleast try to save your job

Matt Moore is NOT the future of this franchise. There is no way he is starting over Jake.

If Fox really wants to make a statement he will sit Pep and strip him off that C on his jersey for that lame ass two hand touch on Felix Jones as he ran right by him. I know this wont happen either. We are going to see the same exact team on the field in two weeks. We might even see a win, and possible streak of them against the skins, bucs and bilsl to get our false hopes up to then watch this team get shredded by the likes of New Orleans, Falcons, Giants, Patriots, etc.

The John Fox era is over and he will go down with this team and no changes will be made until the offseason.

As if Jake is the only problem on this team....

Besides Beason and Davis, our defense is absolutely terrible. Rosario did play a good game tonight though, and the Williams/Stewart tandem is always dangerous. Steve Smith isn't done by any means, but tonight I got a sense that he isn't the same guy he used to be, and even with Moose, it just doesn't seem like they have the same connection with Jake anymore.

It is brutal to watch these guys get dominated every week when we were such a talented team just last season.

OK seriously How can you say Jake is the problem here? Bad routes ran no catching wr and bad play calling. Only thing Jake did tonight was funble the ball once.

Man I hate defending Jake but this is retarted.

I guarantee that I hate Jake more than anyone else on this board. I will admit that maybe he wasn't the reason for the loss. There are far too many other problems, BUT, he WILL be the cause of other losses.

And another thing people seem to forget... You may see a lot of passing yards in a game without turnovers this season(..maybe), but you have to take into account the receivers he didn't see that were wide open further downfield or had a shot at the endzone.

Just because he didn't play poorly doesn't mean he played well.

    • Seems to me that the Bucs have less fight in them now than they had in week 16. The real test is going to be if the Panthers can sustain focus and discipline throughout. With the Bucs being at home, maybe that gives them a little boost of confidence and energy.  Wouldn’t it be something if for ONCE the Panthers came out and dominated from the opening snap and just took this shook Bucs team to task?  If the Panthers see-saw form follows, we are in line for the W. Hard to say we have momentum but we do have a pretty clear pattern of following a loss with a win.  I’m going to say 24-16 Panthers!!
    • When Parcell’s said Bryce better “walk on water”…..the implied concern wasn’t that the tiny QB could survive being hit.  It was acknowledging he would have to be extremely special to overcome the handicaps he would face at this level.  Which he isn’t and can’t.  which isn’t just being hit.  It’s being able to play in an NFL pocket and make NFL throws from it….and that ultimately is Bryce’s problem.  He doesn’t play well from a NFL pocket and can’t make all the throws as needed.  He can’t see as others can.  Which impacts the throws he does and doesn’t take.  It also impacts him bailing and killing plays and turning them into scrambles/dead plays
    • 9:30 kick off here in Scotland, which is better than the 01:20 early hours of Monday that I feared. Will definitely be watching, but probably wouldn't if it had been 0120 as I need to be up for work at 05:45. Falcons Saints is 6pm on the Sunday so will watch that too if it becomes relevant
