now some of you who were living in fantasy land refusing to see our team for what it really was are starting to see the light. its amazing how many 8-8 predictions i am seeing now on the board. (by the way, we won't make that either)

being a realist sometimes sucks. but being one, i knew preseason we had no shot at repeating last years performance.

for all of you who labeled me "doom and gloom" and other such things, i say welcome to the real world. glad you could join us!

now, for more "reality", we've screwed ourselves by trading away our #1 pick in the next draft. but what about Kolb. his play in philly warrants a forced trade to become a starter somewhere else. maybe we can ship the washed up peppers to philly for kolb and a 3rd rounder.

terrible? he just set an nfl record of 300+ passing yards in his first two starts. NOBODY has ever done that. he won't get a chance to continue that because they will bring mcnabb back when healthy and keep vick around for gimmick plays but kolb has played tremendously well when given the opportunity.

That is possible...we need some home wins against some of these tougher teams..like Saints, Atlanta, Vikes...then road wins...Bills Tampa X2, Miami with a miracle of course....

Kevin Kolb would suck in our offense as it is right now. No different than when dozens of tools on here called for Matt Cassel last offseason. WCO quarterbacks (Carr, Cassel, Garcia, etc.) generally look like poo when they're shoved into play-action based, vertical passing attacks.
