Micheal Thomas who many consider a slow WR caught more deep passes than Samuel. I like Samuel but he's not a deep threat at this point not even close.

Come on goody there's go routes he posted. A deep threat is somebody who simply is a threat to beat you deep, which Samuel definitely is

While having a deep threat is nice, the Panthers problem is getting our receivers to separate between 7-15 yards

As I anticipated.. it would have been foolish to take the fararri off the lot the 1st day and let it rip.. bring him on slowly and teams won't have any info on him like tyreek hill last year...

& this is even more reason we keep Byrd over a useless bersin:shades:

Say we're at our own 25, low on time, and need a TD. I don't care if the receiver runs fifty, getting behind the secondary on sheer speed, catches a bomb and scores, or alternatively, whether he's a real YACer due to a combo of speed but even more shiftiness, catches a ten yarder, and deeks and jukes his way to the house. Both are a form of deep threat in my book. Last time I checked, unless something has changed, 6 still = 6.

Doctors can only tell you so much about your own body.. if he says he's not in shape he will fatigue faster & if he fatigues faster he's more susceptible to injury..

The difference between that situation and this one is samuels is honest enough to take note of his condition in preseason where as bene waited until he got torched for 300 hundred yards and had to explain hisself..

You get in football shape playing football. Exactly why he should play.

    • I am pretty mellow over here. Getting ready to eat some wings. Couldn’t help but notice your question so I responded… We get trolls like you making statements in the form of stupid questions every now and then. You are trying to say we don’t talk about anything other than Bryce Young here and rather than explain reality I will just agree with you so you will be happy. 
    • Do you think somebody like me who's a 40 year old millennial never had to program a VCR, let myself in to the house in the afternoon before my parents got home, operate a microwave, or be tech support for the entire fam-hang on, my aunt is calling me.  She clicked the wrong link again and a popup took over her screen.
    • unfortunately not my man, this place has been taken over by the same several posters that somehow don't work or have families so they spend every waking moment hating on bryce for some reason.
