What I don't understand is how someone in the "70's" ended up being our furthest man downfield.

7 and 40 seemed to want it. 

I liked 32 using the momentum from the jags guy to slingshot himself towards the ball carrier, but it looks like he was supposed to keep containment on the outside and did not do so leading to the larger gain. Credit where it's due, he didn't give up on the play.  

Then again, 87 barely got touched and became pancaked which lead to 32 having to take on his blocker.

37 no. 40 yes. I'll say it again, Armah will make this team. Or was that 87 that got blocked so easily? I guess he did get up and hustle down field though.

87 Trevor Graham should not play another special teams down. That was awful.

I updated my post before you quoted it. Looks like he lost edge contain, but then again I don't htink he was planning on taking on that blocker because 87 put forth a real half assed effort.

I gotta give some credit to #7 too. He didn't make the tackle but he did slow the guy down enough to allow the coverage to get there.

Cole Luke (32) also committed a penalty (exaggerated by the Jags player) by holding and then slingshotting (I don't think that's a word). Butker (7) and Armah (40) show a lot of effort.

I really like how dedicated Armah plays and just seems to be trying so hard to make this team. That said... why do I feel like this is another "Brandon Wegher" type player? As in "we" majority like this player and hope he makes the team.

NOTE: I'm NOT saying they are similar as in playing style, weight, height, eye color, favorite food, any measurable way or any unspecified way I haven't already mentioned. Sadly, with the way some have become on the Huddle lately you have to put a disclaimer with your posts anymore.
