i'm not sure they'll hate it, they'll probably laugh and cheer on the terrorists

Maybe we can keep this kind of shitt in the litter box.

Interesting season premier. I don't know if bringing up 4chan was the brightest idea. It seems winter might be trying to mold Oz into the new twisty? The cheetos umm...I don't even know. Also the ending credits actually had the clowns names. Pilar, Pentagram, BallGag, Holes and Kooks. And the first one they killed was the "humiliated man."

I am also curious who is locked behind the door.

nah. it was a tv show with a heavy political overlay. it's gonna come up a lot over the course of the season if they keep this theme. not gonna make a whole element of the show forbidden to speak about.

I think it was critical of both sides. The deluded Trump fans and the overly sensitive liberals who just couldn't function after the election. Obviously both are taken to the extreme but it seems to illustrate both extremes.

All in all I thought it was pretty good. Winter is definitely a strange character that seems more than 1 dimensional. I'll keep watching.

I am familiar with the show but never really watched. Is it something that resets each season? As in, can I watch this season without watching previous ones?

Yep. Whole new show each season.

The cool thing is it keeps many of the same actors who take on new characters.

    • We had Darnold in a terrible situation for Sam Darnold and the team he's QBing. Darnold is best deployed as a high level game manager. He has elite throwing skills but he's disaster waiting to happen when he has to press and a QB has to press on a bad team. Seattle is a great spot for him surrounded with great weapons with an elite defense to lean on.  Swap him and Stafford last night and the Seahawks cruise while Darnold has 3-4 turnovers having to try to play hero ball for the Rams.
    • This picture was posted by the NFL back in September and shows Darnold and Maye at the front closest to the Lombardi trophy. I personally don’t believe in the “script” theory. I do believe that the NFL will influence specific games to get a more entertaining outcome at times. However, this is gaining some steam online and even got a response from NFL PR.
    • In the last 5 years, nearly 10% of the NFL's starting QBs (195 of the NFC QBs) were / are (at some point) on the Panther's roster.  Of those QBs, their 2025 win percentage (regular season) was (combined-- the Seahawks, Bucs, and Panthers) won 30 of 51 games--nearly 60%--in 2025.  At an average of 10 wins per season, a team has a better than 90% chance of making the playoffs.  (Heck, I nearly added Caleb Williams to this forumula since we basically gave the Bears their QB as well).
