It's obvious Dorsey hasn't/can't do anything to correct these issues so now what?  Say oh well maybe the next QB won't have these issues to correct?

Then why have a QB coach to begin with there smart guy?  Surely it's just not to relay the play call in?

help them go over things, try to identify bad habits as they form, help them transition to how they train in the pros, help them with playbook etc

throwing motion is basically what it is.

for example, you have a wr coach, but they don't teach them how to catch. that's something you can ether do or can't do

I too feel they rushed him back.  I know Cam wants to play, but it's only hurting him more to do so.  And after today's game, I am of the mind that he needs to be shut down until he is 100%.  If he insists on playing, give him another week, but that's it.  He needs to get back to the point where he can practice fully throughout the week AND play the game without residual soreness and restrictions as a result.

well hes going to be sore. that's just part of playing football and getting older.

Believe me, at 33 and getting back in the weight room, I KNOW, lol.  But, I mean injury-wise, shoulder-specific soreness.  He has to be past that in order to be given the full-go.
