How in the hell are the Pats rated higher then we are?  We just beat them in their house.

they are the pats until they are mathematically eliminated most "experts" will think they are going to be champs

early bye, two embarrassingly close wins against the bears and lions.

yeah, i was thinking that sounded about right. they just don't look as good as the carry-over hype they've been getting from last year.

early bye probably isn't going to do them any favors as the season goes on, either.

i mean they weren't going to be the third or fourth best offense in nfl history again

Reading this board you would have thought the Falcons lost to the Lions/Bears. Falcons controlled both of those games.

Falcons didn't start blowing teams out until end of the year last year. Offense still looks dominant when healthy.

    • lmao that's a good point; but at the same time I think and HOPE Canales learned from how he operated last year, only giving us one real look against the Bills that had people shouting 'Super Bowl'...only to come out flat.
    • I mean the whole defense was trash, he was at least trying. Besides if you put a all-pro among 10 PSers, that all-world will look human. It's very hard to judge very bad units and find the best players among them. Horn and Mjack played well too, there was 0 pass rush and -1777784 run defense.
    • I was looking back and seen Evan Neal has made the switch to OG after awful years at OT.......I wanted him over Icky for his tricep alone..... I was 100% stroud too, I was super pissed about his record setting and playoff leading start......I had arich vastly over the midget BY too. But right now, BY is about the only one on the up&up. The Texans used lots of prime draft capital to help Stroud.  It's still not ready. But if you're honestly about past drafts, these GMs are not alone in making mistakes.  I still feel they should stayed put and allowed Carter to fall in their lap, but best I know Tepper had the worst rage about landing a QB for the past 5 years. The deal is with the correct coaching staff, Baker or darnold would still be here....Baker has signed 3 years for 100 million, which is a great NFL QB contract. Tepper hiring rhule and his shitty Baylor/temple staff was a massive setback given rhule was in control too. Then panic set in an d fitteerererererer had to make a winner and find a QB. Ugh.....I hope they are back...
