Yeah that makes more sense. I was going off the last (or second to last) preseason game, but yeah it should be Lamb.

Lamb's okay, decent midrange shooter, meh 3 point shooter.  Great rebounder for a Guard.  We'll see if his Defense has gotten any better.  Supposedly, according to Cliff it has.

Agreed. He seems to have always been pretty inconsistent too. But I would rather him start than a rookie - at least at the beginning of the season. I am excited for what Monk and Bacon bring to the table though. Best Hornets draft/offseason in a LONG time...maybe ever.

Easily, especially since the 90's when we finally got the first pick in the Draft and picked Zo.

Pretty decent looking squad imo. It is a shame that the Hornets spent the previous two drafts on guys that don't start. No?

Yes and no. It's kind of like what @rhyslloyd said, our second unit is pretty strong with guys who are fringe starters. If our second units can consistently win their minutes then the Hornets will be in most games.

MCW

Monk

Bacon

Frank

Zeller

Thats not terrible.....

    • I assume you are quoting my still. If so, I don't know what your argument is since mine was simply showing a play where Bryce scored a TD against the Rams in the playoffs where another poster used a similar still of Herbert's line to defend his poor performance last night. Like I said, Herbert is a better QB but Bryce wins the game last night for the Chargers. It simply is something he does better than Herbert and would play to his strengths. Someone even said earlier Chargers only win 1 or 2 games this year if Bryce was their QB which is so absurdly laughable it wasn't even worth trying to address. I mean this thread is literally called "Bryce Young is the worst QB in Panther's History" so I understand there is no objective arguments to be had here but I found that amusing.
    • I think his knee would make a good reason to switch to guard IF he returns.  Half don't.  Half of those don't last too long.  The strain on a knee (320lb man) vs speed rushers is more substantial.  So I would keep him if I could on a small contract (he will make $17.5 in 2026 fully guaranteed) and think of him as a possible guard for the post Lewis/Hunt era.  Knee injuries in big men are not invitations to invest in them.
    • I'd give anything to go back to a 4-3 but we are so removed from having the pieces for that. All because Tepper wanted to force this 3-4 on all our coaches.
