Horn honkers

Horns when abused are indeed quite annoying but as stated by others are crucially important for when they are needed. Can't tell you how many times I've had to honk at some retard on the highway trying to change lines into me or just drifting out of his lane and coming awfully close to hitting me. And of lesser importance, they do help when you've got someone staring at their phone well after the light turns green, particularly at certain intersections with short green lights where their hesitation causes you to miss the light.

Last night I witnessed someone lay down on their horn for a solid 30 second s while someone was waiting to turn right at an intersection. Oncoming traffic had a left turn signal and dared to turn in front of this car that was waiting AT A RED LIGHT.  some people are just fuging morons. He then proceeded to whip around the car right as the last person turned through the light.  I really wanted him to get side swiped.

The people who sit at a green light are the worst... ;)

I am speaking of pre-emptive honkers! Can't believe people do this. They time their honk with the change of the light to make sure people are paying attention. Actually, I'm not even mad anymore. It's kind of brilliant.

About 95% of the time I have to use the horn, is at a stop light while someone is texting and not seeing that the light is green and all cars in front of them have moved on.  Then, we get to sit through another light

Ha, or the person delaying you gets through the light and you don't.

    • They will be if they extend Young but I don't think we're there just yet. Morgan and Canales are tied and I don't believe Tepper is going to go look for a new front office for Bryce as things stand.
    • I was playing around with the ESPN playoff predictor and it shows if 49ers and Rams finish with same record, the Rams hold the tiebreaker.
    • This is my thinking as well. Seattle played as good as they could on defense and Panthers still had a chance until those back to back turnovers.  I don't think the Rams played particularly well in their game against us, alot things went our way in order to win.  Someone pointed out the Rams were bad on the east coast road games and Seattle has been the better road team but they just fought a hard contested game against the Panthers, and now they travel to San Fran this week for their biggest game of the season to determine the division and if they are the overall #1 seed in the NFC or will be traveling for the Wildcard weekend.  If they lose they then travel back cross the country to play a team they've just beaten two weeks ago, not saying they won't be favored against the Panthers but the energy of hosting our first playoff game in 10 years along with the get back effect of having just lost to this team could be huge.
