Any news on D Byrd?

Been wondering the same thing. I know they changed the rule this year that you can bring back two guys from IR but have only seen Olsen mentioned. Haven’t heard a word about Byrd since his injury.

Saw it reported recently that there is a good chance he comes off IR whenever he is eligible. We get 2 and he’s really the only other player after Olsen we have on IR that would be worthwhile. Thinking that Bersin is just keeping his seat warm until Byrd can come back.

Though I’ll say I was impressed with Bersin Sunday. He blocks and you can trust him to give his all and be in the right place. Sometimes that’s all you need.
