Worried About Deangelo?

Carolina Crazy V2

Recommended Posts

I've also grown tired of his horizontal dip and dodge running. Carolina takes pride in having that back that will run you straight over, and I think Stewart is better fit. I think he runs better, I love the way he breaks and aviods takles.

On another note it's going to be interesting to see whether DeAngelo can break this recent trend of Carolina RB's having great years then falling off the map. Davis had his time, Foster had his time, DeAngelo had his time last year........anyone else see a trend here?

I was wondering if those Pink shoes made it easier to spot Deanaglo behind the line. Because most of them had on black shoes. If the LB knows its a run just go where you see a flash of pink. It is something to think about.

I was thinking the same thing when the game began. He's such a shifty runner that it hurts him to wear it more than the Brandon Jacobs of the world. It's just a slight disadvantage, but that can go a long way.

first off, i think this whole thing is being exaggerated. second, if this is a trend, it would fall on the coaching staff, for picking up the same kind of player over and over again. but once again, i think Williams will rebound when it counts most.

i think the fans around here are overlooking the real issue. the offensive line. i doubt both backs have lost their ability in the same offseason. instead i would bet that the offensive line has issues.

playing from behind hurts all run games. the bucs have all but abandoned the run game 4 of our 5 games this year because we gave up big plays and a lot of points quickly.

Yup, offensive line hasn't found the groove yet - Gross freely admits that. It has hurt both our passing and rushing games. Stewart shined on Sunday because he's the kind of guy that makes his own hole vs. DeAngelo who needs at least 18 inches of daylight.

    • Winning games and be a +500 team are good. But the goal is to win Super Bowl.  Chiefs had Alex Smith, went to playoff twice and still replaced him.   BY as of now: - To many fumbles - Completion in the intermediate range is just far below acceptable - Not enough of a deep throw threat....   The stats you try use is deceiving.  Catchable......  That is an opinion. Show me the completion %. And also, how does BY compare to other QBs using the stats you cited. Oh... ranked at 27

    • The Entitlement Paradox: When Winning Isn't Enough for Panther fans.    Just the other season(s) we were praying for wins by any means. Brought in every run of the mill QB you could think of.  We know all sides of the ball was bad like egregious bad. However some how we have won 5 games and TOXIC ENTITLEMENT has emerged.    We are a team that has to take wins by anymeans nothing has changed. Keep pounding means it aint gonna be perfect!!    Some panther fans have now developed a toxic entitlement where even victories feel insufficient, demanding flawless performance, or perfection, which stems from historical success in which we dont have any lol. This mindset poisons communities by fostering relentless criticism, harassment, and ingratitude that undermine team morale and alienate casual supporters. For the new Carolina Panthers, this could manifest as fans booing Bryce Young after gritty wins for low passing yards despite low turnovers, pressuring tepper into premature changes mid-rebuild, or driving away talent through online abuse!! eroding the positive momentum from their recent 4-game streak has brought us. Trust and believe the players do see your toxicity.    Anyways here are some positive stats.      Most Accurate QB on... 20+ Yard Throws 1. Drake Maye (79.2%) 2. Sam Darnold (79.2%) 3. Bryce Young (75.0%) 10-19 Yard Throws 1. Jaxson Dart (88.0%) 2. Jayden Daniels (82.9%) 3. Drake Maye (80.7%) 0-9 Yard Throws 1. Drake Maye (92.9%) 2. Spencer Rattler (92.6%) 3. Bryce Young (91.7%) @FantasyPtsData
