Well he can't be promoted from the PS during the regular season as part of the program he was a part of. He only played in preseason games

Rooting for all 3 of these young guys. Odaba, Cox Jr. and Hall. I'm hoping we get lucky and Odaba shines or Cox/Hall breakout a year earlier then Hardy/Johnson did.

Considering (in my opinion) how weak free agency is at DE, we need someone to step up.  People also forget that Addison is now over 30, so he could start the CJ decline.  There are not many in the draft who fit, and you have to consider the fact that it takes a DE about 2 years to get it.

So much depends on signing Peppers and Hall stepping up. 

I have confidence that Hall will be ready to go.

Hall was never going to be ready last year, came in a great college player but not stout enough for the NFL.  I could see his career path somewhat akin to Mario Addison.  Starts out as a situational pass rusher and builds himself up to a full time starter.

He had a long way to go in terms of strength and technique...hope he worked hard, but I see that--but our entire DE unit is situational. Addison vs. Pass; Peppers (if he returns to us) limited snaps; Horton vs run...
