The most accurate mock draft analyst in the past 5 years picks Calvin Ridley to Panthers

Can’t see arguably the number 1 WR prospect falling to 24, we’d have to trade up to get him which I don’t mind but do NOT get your hopes up expecting him to fall to 24, just not logical looking at the WR market in fa this year and the teams WR needy this year, especially how last year panned our with wrs getting over drafted left and right. I just hope if not Ridley at least pick up Moore, Miller, Chark, or Hamelton at some point in the draft

We're likely getting a cornerback if we dont make a trade. If we do trade up , itll be for Ridley or Moore .

Its difficult to see every team passing on Ridley until he gets to us at 24 . High chance to go to Cardinals, Ravens , and a decently high chance to go to Cowboys or Seahawks. I think we dont have the ammo to trade up with the Ravens or Cardinals, but we could trade up a few spots with the Cowboys or Seahawks  ..

If I had to say who the pick is right now, my gut feeling is Alexander or Josh Jackson. There's going to be alot of higher echelon CBs available when we pick, and then we'll probably go saftey in R2.

Trade up is more likely to happen in R2. Because thats when all the safteys are supposed to start flying off the board. I could see us trading up a bit for Jessie Bates III or Justin Reid. Or staying put and drafting a WR or RB with our 2nd pick.

Is Ridley predicted to fall for a reason?

Other than those already established?

To my knowledge he doesnt have any off the field issues , its mainly his age and lackluster combine in addition not being a great physical specimen, and alot of QBs and trade ups happening in the first half of R1, could all combine to him at least making it to Dallas at pick 19 .

Alot is depending on if the Ravens pick him or not. If not, it opens the floodgates for possible trade ups for him or him dropping fairly far. I've seen him go as high at 15 to the Cardinals and as low as 31 to the Patriots in mock drafts this week
