No DB Coach movement

Rodgers only has a job because he's Ron's buddy.

We really need a solid DB coach. Bradberry seemed to regress in his second season and we just drafted a CB in the 2nd and a safety in the 3rd. We need more development of talent in the secondary than probably any other unit. Okay, WR is right there too.

Our season will ride or die with the DBs and OL. So far looks like the DBs will be dying again.

Richard Rodgers was reassigned to safeties coach so that Rivera didn't have to fire him as special teams coach.

I doubt he'd want to take a major step back and be a secondary coach, but he'd be a great hire. He was looking to be a head coach again last I saw.
