Questions for Dave-

Did you know the Panthers have never won a Super Bowl?

Do you know who the Panthers single season sack leader is?

Do you know who single handily jump started the run of 4 playoff appearances in 5 years in 2013?

Do you know the Panthers do NOT have anything remotely close to an all around DE near his prime?

Do you know that this deficiency may very well stand in the way of your primary and secondary objective to WIN (the Super Bowl)?

Do you know one of the best DE’s on planet earth is loved and adored by our GM, coaching staff, and players, is not yet 30 years old but has the tread of a player not yet 25 years old, and could be had for the league minimum salary?

Do you know that said player has excelled as a human being, athlete, and teammate, in multiple sports, in the calendar year 2018?

Do you REALLY want to win Dave?  Is it REALLY your primary objective?

Yeah, nobody's asking about Hardy.  And even if they did, Tepper isn't gonna be interested given his background of seeing domestic abuse.

Hardy is never gonna be a Panther again.

Follow up questions for Dave-

Are you aware that Greg Hardy played for the Carolina Panthers in front of a supportive, adoring, and raucous Bank of America Stadium crowd on national TV in August 2014 as he abused former #1 overall pick Eric Fisher?

Are you aware that Greg Hardy played in the season opener against the Tampa Bay Bucs in 2014, earning a sack in a huge divisional road win with a backup QB, ultimately the difference in winning the division?

What is your knowledge of Ray Rice, Rebecca Thorne-Tin, and Nicole Holder?...and Jerry Richardson?

Did it bother you that the QB of your former team, the FACE of your former franchise, was alleged to have committed multiple heinous acts, including but not limited to sexual assault?

I don't think he will either but Tepper bought into a team whose face of the franchise is a serial rapist...

He bought his Steelers stake while that story was still in it's infancy, but to be real here Tepper was buying into his childhood favorite team. Roethlisberger just happened to be the QB at the time. No way to know how he felt.

Mind you, we do know how he feels about Mike Tomlin.

And there's no way to know how he feels about a guy like Hardy or any other players with question marks. He may look at each case individually and may even determine winning is more important to him than fielding a team of choirboys... or he could be more like JR and won't knowingly bring on a single guy with off field issues. No way to know... except that he determined buying into the Steelers was more important than the principle of having squeaky clean players on the team...

Pretty sure it was Gantt who said based on what he knows, he doesn't expect Tepper to handle character risks any differently than the Panthers do now. We'll see.

That said, even if he does loosen the reins on that front, I see zero chance of Greg Hardy ever wearing an official Panther uniform again.

Sure, let’s loosen the reins for real criminals that truly poison locker rooms while a real difference maker with the greatest bang for the buck in league history, who the Panthers love, WHOSE CHARGE WAS EXPUNGED, continues to pay for the sins of Ray Rice and the other 31 at the expense of the Carolina Panthers.

Even if Tepper were interested, Hardy's moved on. He's got a professional contract in another sport. One where he gets to beat up people who aren't women.

Not true.  Listen at the :55 second mark

    • Young quarterbacks Drake Maye, Bo Nix, and Bryce Young have led their teams to undefeated records since October.   Drake Maye has guided the New England Patriots to a 5-0 record in that period, with 2,285 passing yards and 17 touchdowns in nine games. Bo Nix has directed the Denver Broncos to a 5-0 stretch, throwing for 1,976 yards and 17 touchdowns, contributing to a 7-2 overall start. Bryce Young, in his second season, has led the Carolina Panthers to a 4-0 run since October, accumulating 1,390 yards and 11 touchdowns amid a 4-4 record.   Undefeated QBs since start of October (min. 4 starts)   Drake Maye 5-0 Bo Nix 5-0 Bryce Young 4-0   Bryce Young when asked about his mindset during game winning drives: "You don’t rise to the occasion you fall back to the level of your training."
    • 1. Cowboys-No explanation needed. 2. Rest of NFC South equally. If I had to pick I would say Falcons.    3. Eagles- Both of the games I have attended there the fans were so horrible. The fan base is so ridiculously misbehaved, I’ve never seen such immaturity. 4- Lions- I have cousins in Michigan that grew up Lions fans and they are some of the most obnoxious people I have ever met, as are all of their Lions buddies. The NFL has been lucky that Detroit has been in the cellar for its eternity.    5. Tie between Bears and Vikings. Both act like Steelers, Cowboys, Niners fans do with nostalgia and legendary seasons but neither have ever really had them. They act like they each won 5 super bowls in previous decades but never accomplished poo outside of Chicago in 85.
    • You play the Saints that is great news for your O line.
