My fiance is a long time patriots fan and knows the team really well. We were at the preseason game. She thinks the Patriots are going to suck this year. Thinks that age will finally catch up to Brady and their defense will be awful

Only if an injury is involved. He can still throw the ball and run the offense. Even if his line collapses and he gets virtually no protection he'll still have time to dump it off.

Pats have been playing in the worst division for as long as Brady has been playing, basically almost guaranteed 6 wins every year.
