New underwear-eating challenge for this week: No Delhomme turnovers

I might sound crazy but I expect the passing game to open up at first, some passes to Smith for some decent yardage. If Delhomme gets silly as he normally does, we start running like we did on that last drive against Tampa.

I expect only 1 interception from Delhomme. We can't afford to play bad against Buffalo.

The Buffalo pass defense is no joke. They are 4th in yards allowed per game but have been thrown on 10th most in the league and have the 2nd lowest completion % for opposing QBs. They also have 10 picks (granted 5 were last week). They happen to have the worse run defense in the league by most measures (yards per game, yards per attempt, 20+ yard runs, 2nd to last in rushing first downs allowed). Someone should just tell Jake the game is in Buffalo and we can run the wildcat all game.

this one seems to have better odds for those of us that want to see you eat your shorts. It has been 6 long games since he has done it....but there is a chance I guess.

how about an either or.....Jarrett TD or a turnover free Jake game.

I should clarify: Delhomme can fumble, but the fumble can't be recovered by the Bills. No turnovers.

you shouldn't have clarified that. B/c I do think there is a chance delhomme doesn't turn the ball over. So if he just fumbled but didn't turn it over, you'd atleast have a scapegoat. Now your chances of eating some cotton have increased.

GO WILDCAT!

make it interesting to put both RBS on the field at the same time

They key to the wildcat isn't just both backs on the field but take jake off of it. Never will understand why teams run the wildcat with the QB lined up as a WR.

And On topic...i do believe that jake will not have a turnover this week.

    • Trade up for a project was dumb, he's gonna be 25 next month. By the time you're deciding on whether he's worth the 5th year option or a big contract you're already gonna be thinking about moving on soon either way.
    • I mean this is legit AF statement....you don't spend that draft capital on a project just like you don't trade up for an injured RB either, which was done in the same draft.  That draft IMO was a necessary evil for DM to learn from his mistakes (I think he did but some may not). Also I have to mention I'm a big Coker fan and think getting him as an UDFA was obv a steal.  Coker is the better WR2 at this point as Legette and its not even debatable unfortunately.  Give him year 3 but don't expect much from him.  Continue in the offseason with adding as much talent and competition on the roster as possible including WR.  Or just trade his ass for peanuts and continue to build roster by any means.......
    • Losing him was a huge loss. Look at how the Bears went from a 5 win team to now a 11 win team. The Lions offensive line is bad this year, secondary is bad and Campbell going for it on 4th down all the time has cost them games instead of taking the Field Goals. Goff is inconsistent as well.
