Yup, and Panthers had a really lousy one until this year.  Things will improve, and dramatically....patience.

#Bobcats/Hornets, no hope there.

Make that list from 2013-2017 and it doesn’t help that argument at all. But damn them facts....I’m right.

Belichick signed a deal with the devil.

So much of a team is chemistry. If the Panthers had won 50, the Panthers and Cam would be the toast of the NFL right now, and people would be saying RR signed a deal with the devil.

or the multiverse is a bitch/

I wouldn't mind anyone from winning franchises. Mr. Tepper said he wants the staff to use analytics. The future staff has to be savvy. Dare I say younger. McDaniels first stint might have not been so great but to be honest elway did not have patience with him. I bet you Josh learned a lot. Prying him from the pats would be a miracle. Doubt that happens.

Personally, I just don't want another Defensive mind. The DC that gets hired should take care of that.

I agree with op, first thing is getting rid of Ron and his dated philosophy on how to run this team and defense. I wish Kyle Shanahan was on the hot seat, Second is gm, hurney is not in dire need of being replaced immediately, especially if the golden goose candidate isn’t available, I think he’s a fine place holder until the best, not just better, but best option is available. Also no love for Reggie McFarland ?
