He is a potential prospect and your concerns are very valid.  His supporting cast isn’t great either but still...he needs to show good accuracy next season.

Yeah Just remember 

Josh Allen couod barely hit the side of a barn in the camps and senior bowls.

 

But had the tools

I think Herbert had a chance to go number 1 with a trade up...somebody will pick a QB with his make up.  No question.

My crackpot theory is if he never gets hurt we win the superbowl. I refuse to go back and watch the game but at some point Peyton throw an absolute duck that should have been pick 6'd. but because we were on our like fifth outside corner he was slow to the ball. this would have completely flipped that game because I'm pretty sure Denver scored that drive and the next one was the Cam sack fumble

      1a. Drafted Tom Brady in the 5th round. 1b. Might be an unpopular opinion, but when Reid was let go in Philly, k would have fired Rivera and brought him in. It was obvious he was an offensive genius. Coaches like Reid don't come available often.
