Rankings might tell you how you did overall, but they don't tell you much about a specific matchup.

Ron isnt going to hire anyone who could potentially replace him if things go south.

Norv isn’t going to coach again, he would probably just step down like he did in Minnesota. So, if Ron was to be fired mid season, who currently on his staff would replace him. The answer is no one.
