Might want to check out the rankings of the defenses they faced those last few weeks with Kitchens.

I don't really follow rankings.

Rankings might tell you how you did overall, but they don't tell you much about a specific matchup.

Also being reported that former Bucs OC Todd Monken is gonna be taking over the Browns offense

I think Wilks had a lot to learn as a D Coordinator, he was given a HC position too soon. Also fired too soon.

Ron isnt going to hire anyone who could potentially replace him if things go south.

Norv isn’t going to coach again, he would probably just step down like he did in Minnesota. So, if Ron was to be fired mid season, who currently on his staff would replace him. The answer is no one.

the other in decline with a probable lame duck coach who has been tasked with calling D plays, Wilks would not come back here 

IMHO wilks talks a good game but he was/is no Sean M.
