Rams never won with this referee, NFL back to cheating

The lead referee in the Rams-Saints game will be Bill Vinovich, who also happened to be the ref when the two teams met earlier this season. Back in Week 9, Vinovich and his crew basically kept their flags in their pockets during the Saints 45-35 win over the Rams. There were only six accepted penalties in the game with four going against Los Angeles and two against New Orleans.

Here's a look at how the Rams and Saints have done since 2012 when Vinovich served as the ref in one of their games

Rams: 0-8 (including 0-2 in 2018)

Saints: 5-3 (including 1-1 in 2018).

NFL want Brees in the SB

I’m calling BS,... LA needs a Super Bowl— the NFL just put 2 teams in the 2nd biggest market in the country....

whats New Orleans to LA market wise?

Im totally ok with New Orleans getting the D and having all the calls go against them.

however I am not sold that the NFL would rather have Brees Brady over LA/New England,...

If Tepper writes a $2,000,000,000 ($2 BILLION) check to the NFL you think they'd throw a Super Bowl win over to the Panthers?

The Big Daddy has the dough, that's for sure...

A Brady-Brees Super Bowl brings the most ratings so it's a no-brainer in my opinion.

Disagree.

Chiefs - Rams Rematch from the MNF slugfest. One of the craziest games I've ever seen and they can do a round two, with the (most likely) MVP and an the LA team with their huge market?

$$$

No one outside of NO cares about Brees. Everyone hates the Pats. NFL would get much more exposure/ratings with the LA team getting in and a toss up with the Pats/chiefs.

    • When we have everyone playing like they should, we can win the Cup. That has been the biggest problem when we get to the playoffs, but this year seems to be fixed mostly. We could have had multiple if we had done this in the past.
    • Here we go Bryce Stan’s you should love this. Hell it may be one of you.  It has every cliche excuse and then some.  Unintentionally hilarious my limit was reached when he said Bryce had it hard because four play callers.
    • Luke goes in to the specifics of what he looked to accomplish in joint practices.  Basically they may work with someone on the opposing team to stress something they feel is a weakness in their own game in a different way that can be done with someone they are familiar with. That they can have predetermined stresses but since neither wants to get injured and it has absolutely no bearing on anything there is not the level of concern that would be in a preseason game.  He would also even chat with opposing OC.   It seems like an interesting nuance among the vets and savy pros.
