A few items of interest from the Panthers - Texans game

Carolina has played some good passing offenses too.  This defense can compete with the Saints even with Brees back.

Most interesting thing I saw was in the post game Watson talked about the trick play and said something to the effect of:

“it was something we saw on film and the corner followed to the other side of the field, this time the corner stayed put”

So basically so they saw Dante on film but tried to run the play against Cockrell. Maybe the injury actually helped us here haha. Also this is why BOB is a terrible coach and why you wait until an hour before the game to declare an important player out. They failed to account that a different CB might do something different.

They were 4.5 pt favs early, went down to 4, then went high as 5.5 when injuries were reported. Over/under was 46.5

Namely the run defense. Fournette just rushed for over 200 yards on Sunday...
