Norv Turner sucks

We only have problems offensively because Kyle Allen has less then a year under his belt. This is why you see simplified offenses and still all kyle can do is check it down, he never finds the open downfield reciever unless 3 of them get open.He also had a wide open samuel in the end zone and completely missed him, so when he does make a good read he doesnt hit the target. When Cam comes back you will see the difference.

Can't agree.

Kyle missed a lot of throws and couldn't hit anybody down field when he had opportunities.

The QB really sucked Sunday and in turn everybody else looked stupid. The defense made themselves look stupid not properly adjusting to the screens being run out of different formations.

They really dug through some tape to figure out how to get Luke moving away from the play. Well done. I've seen that before and Luke cleaned that up pretty quickly.

What I would do is try to add Chud to this coaching dream team. Tepper can cut THAT check, no cap worries.

Norv is genius but if players sht their pants it's not on him. I'd like to add Chud for the now, getting the Cam specific to maximize any time that #1 has on the field this season.

For the future(if you keep #1)play calling knowing how to call a game that keeps defenses unbalanced not knowing what Cam will do next, double TE sets in which Cam flourished and broke records.

The universe needs to get these two back together be it here or somewhere else. They already stacked the coaching staff, IF Chud likes $$$$$ why not become a well paid assistant who could someday take the reigns. Tepper is the guy who could put the cash up.

Also, trade for a lineman before the deadline. IF you make the correct moves and IF you can translate those moves into finishing strong and beating NO twice you could save this AND next season. Players will want to stick around for a ring not a rebuild.

Is Norv awful? No. Is he as bad as Shula? No. Is he worse than Shula? No. Did our players execute well enough? Clearly not.

But did Norv and Ron both helplessly watch their gameplan get absolutely rekt by a younger and more innovative coaching staff? Unequivocally yes. Stop propping up dinosaurs.

Rivera and McDermott both come out of the Jim Johnson family tree.  Both got their starts and groomed by Johnson.

Yeah, yeah. Chud while he was here never had a defense and Cam had to carry the whole offense and they set records. Whatever.

You idiots think you have to be young to be a good coach, to innovate. I can understand that philosophy as far as players but to also apply that to coaching or GM'ing is silly. Newbs

After watching Shula struggle and keeping him around longer than he should have Rivera interviewed exactly one (1, uno) offensive coordinator. For defensive coordinator he didn't even bother, he just handed the keys to Eric Washington. We saw how that worked out.

Eric washington was horrid...why did it take so long for Ron to figure that out. Im seriousely tired of us fans realizing stuff before the experts....like shula...wtf, so many years and for threads sake i dont think Norv is bad i think Kyle Allen is inexperienced.

Were you watching players fail Sunday?!? Didn't this team just win 4 straight?

Who should get credit for those wins? Who should get the blame for this horrible game?

Norv isn't playing the game. I hope you guys have it made at 50-60 because that kind of hate for those coaches won't get you far in the NFL or life.

Issue for him now is he has to simplify the scheme and progressions to ease Kyle Allen in. That limits what an offense can call and ultimately become predictable.

No disrespect  but we have heard the same about Cam

at some point, you run the offense and if it can’t be run then either you have the wrong system for the players you have or the wrong players  for the system 

it isn’t like these players are drafted or signed in a vacuum   If they don’t fit the system or the system is rendered such that it has to be dumbed down

draft and sign smarter players

No one is saying anything about hating them. Don't be so melodramatic. Do you see me out here microanalyzing their body language like some people do with players like Cam? That's hate.

When you win 4 straight and then give up one of the worst losses in franchise history after a bye week to prepare it's more than just an issue of execution my friend. That is also a coaching failure no question.
