The same people predicted yesterday that he was going on IR. It happened. And that's far from the only prediction they've gotten right.

Oh so no one knows. Somehow I knew you would do a long winded explanation as to why even though no one knows anything you’re side is the right one.

I'm going to put this in the simplest terms I can.

There are people who report on the Panthers who I trust because over the years they've proven to be right most or nearly all of the time. Joe Person, Jourdan Rodrigue and our own Roaring Riot are examples.

There are also people who I don't trust quite as much. Jason La Canfora, David Newton and Michael Lombardi fall into that category. I take note of the things that they report because they might be right, but I trust them less.

Right now, pretty much all of the people that I trust are saying that they don't believe Cam Newton is going to be back next year. Therefore, I believe it. It's a prediction, not a report, but again it comes from people I trust.

Situations can, of course, change. So if the same people I trust come back in a month and say "Change of plans, Cam Newton is getting a 10 year, 50 billion dollar contract extension" then I'll believe them when they say that too. Again because they've proven reliable.

But that's not what's happening right now. Everything that's being said right now points to Newton being gone. You can deny that, doubt it, attempt to discredit it, do whatever you want. It doesn't make a difference. Whether you want it to happen or don't want to happen is completely irrelevant.

That's pretty much all there is to it.

Feel free to try to argue otherwise if you want to. Again, it doesn't matter.

No one is saying that it won’t happen but let’s not act like it’s set in stone THATS the part you seem to not grasp. Just because these people believe it doesn’t make it true. Why it’s so fuging hard for you to get that I won’t ever know

Cam's encrypted message doesn't imply that he's not coming back. All off the things that he said he'd improve on,  he said he'd improve on them for the Panthers, more accurately,  you guys.

I have been disagreeing with the notion that there were "sources" that the Panthers were ready to move on from the Panthers.  A media personality giving personal speculation with no sources backing it up does not fit the bill.

I am completely fine with anyone making any speculation they want.  But referencing personal speculation as a "source" is just hilarious.  Its petty.  Its juvenile.

And its clearly only being done because it pushes a narrative you want.  Cam gone.
