3rd in rushing, 100+ yards rushing in in all six games

5th in rushing

Gee, I wonder which team is better at running the ball. Do you think it could be the former?

It could be, but I'd have to see a number of different things before I made a definitive decision--such things as whom those teams have at QB and whether they've been trailing or leading most of the time.

Our team has ran well with four different backs and has been instrumental in beating Buffalo, Jets, and the Dolphins last week. Our interior offensive line is simply dominating people this year, backs have been solid but our strength is up front.

Oh cool, since we don't have any facts on our side let's post pics! That'll get 'em!

I think ya'll are an elite and better team but I do think the arguement about us being able to run the ball with a tard at QB(BruceBrewski) is a valid one.

3rd right now....could easily drop before the Panther/Saints game.

right now, the Saints average a whooping 5 more yards per game and have slightly more attempts per game.

Carolina averages 4.7 an attempt and the Saints 4.6. Those are just numbers....numbers don't mean everything. It is obvious who has the better ground attack and that is Carolina. The Saints can't line up and pound it all day like Carolina can.

      Extrapolate that with every QB for that matter. I guarantee you there's quite a bit of missed opportunities and yards left on the field for everyone. Many NFL QBs deal with WRs not putting in A+ effort, subpar o-line play and other deficiencies. The great ones are able to rise above these issues and create opportunities for plays. Guys like Josh Allen and Patrick Mahomes can both play in and out of structure, as well as find ways to get yards when things break down and mask mistakes by throwing guys open, creating opportunities from nothing, etc. Bryce Young has only shown he's able to make things happen when the rest of the team picks up his slack. Very rarely does he create those opportunities himself. When this is a consistent pattern year after year with Bryce where he shows up lackluster, it's a concern. This is year three and he should be elevating the team as a first overall pick this franchise traded up for.  He was far from elevating anyone against JAX. In fact, he needed others to elevate and create for him. Excuses may be fine for a rookie, but this is year three for the first overall pick. Not looking good so far.

      I think the worst issue is coaching. Countless bad snaps, XL not getting his feet in or trying on runs plays, our centre being down field when he didn't need to be. All seem to be from poor coaching for me. I believe Canales is to soft to rip the players a new one when the fug up. Plus I honestly believe that Canales is slow getting his plays in giving Bryce less time to diagnose and adjust to the defence. Don't worry I could of head butted Bryce for that fumble and the 4th down throw aways but the other plays are explainable to me
