And last season going in, we had some of the most talented folks in a while (if you look at it from say an Aug. 15 date...).

It's still early, but the cupboard has been sufficiently cleaned out, I hope.

And then they add a WR on a big, short term deal.

I cannot think of any BAD MOVES we have made. The Turner trade was questionable. But, we likely did not have faith in Little's concussion history and Turner was not winning us any games. But, I think our O-Line will look better this year rather than last year. The plan looks to build to compete again for a SB in 2021. If anyone thinks a team in the NFL is more than 2 years away, you are CRAZY. In the NFL, if you have 1 smart off season, the 2nd season you can become a playoff team (taking into consideration that 2nd year you will have another productive off season).

Key points - right now our offense looks a lot better than it did last year, with our additions, and hopefully O-Line depth. Thank god D.Williams is gone.

Defense...eh...its bad. We need to just load the D-line and O-Line this draft, after, we hopefully take Simmons in the first. He is a game changer that we need to fill in Luke's spot. No corners, no safeties, no tight-ends. Line, line, line.

We still can have game changers on defense - KK (unsure of health and aging), Burns, Shaq, Simmons*, Jackson. Boston, not that he is a premier player, but he is a starting S in the NFL that never takes a play off.
