Ah, you have to love news spin. The line that got me was, “sure they are still 25M over the cap”, neglecting the fact that half they team was cut or restructured, and that is even if they player agrees to restructure.

The brain drain doesn't get mentioned enough as contributing to the post-2015 decline. Lost the best lieutenants from the front office and the coaching staff. I think one of the things Tepper's going to bring from Pittsburgh is mindset of development and succession. The Steelers are used to it.
