Carolina's Head Coach Position

Think about how attractive that position will be if Mr. Richardson decides to make the change.

He will have his pick of some great coaches just due to the potential this team has.

Established O-Line

Top RB tandem in the league

Young, fast defense

Smart, young Defensive leader. (Beason is still playing balls to the wall even without Kemo to take on some of those blockers)

This is not a team that a coach will have to come in and blow up and change personel. This is a team that once a few tweaks are made, is a contender.

I don't know about Holmgren and Schottenheimer. They just seem a little over the hill to me. But conversely, I don't want a totally green coach like the Ginger in Philly. I want an established coach with many more years ahead of him. Who meets that description?

The Chin?

Mucci?

Fisher?

Heck. Bring em' all in and have each coach one preseason game a piece, then sort out who has the most cajones.

I think a couple weeks ago I mentioned this

Look at the Titans owner, dude put his authority down and look at Vince. Jerry just chilling... for what?

Thats actually a good thing or do you want to become the Cowboys, Redskins, or Raiders. If he wants a change the only one JR should make is HC.

    • I don't really care as much about athleticism and arm strength.  While Murray might be better in that regard, I think Bryce has enough of both to do well in the NFL. The main reason this trade reference is silly is the money and the fact that Murray has been around a long while and hasn't proven that he can perform consistently when the game is on the line.  Bryce has shown that he can play well in the clutch (in the few opportunities he has had).
    • If Bryce can continue the level of play he showed after the benching, then there's a good shot we at least compete to win the division. Tampa is a solid team but even last year in our week division they went 10-7 and will be on their 4th OC in as many years. The Saints are a mess and are in a mist of a half rebuild half still trying to compete mode and will probably be starting a rookie QB. The Falcons are a wild card as they have a really good offense but are we really crowning Michael Penix as a franchise QB after just 3 games?  The only thing I want out of this season is for Bryce to come out and without a shadow of a doubt prove he's our franchise QB. If that happens then most of the fanbase would be happy and I believe we'd be in a good place record wise at the end of the season. Maybe falling just short of winning the division with a chance to sneak in as a wild card team.
