Singer Jennifer Lopez has won a court order barring her first husband from making their sex life public - at least for a day.

Lopez is suing Ojani Noa for $10 million, claiming he intends to make and sell a movie containing home video of the actress in sexual situations, including during their 1997 honeymoon.

A Los Angeles judge barred Noa and his producer, Ed Meyer, from distributing the material yesterday until a hearing later today to decide whether to extend the order, which Noa plans to fight.

Court papers show that the star claims Noa - who she divorced a year after their marriage - is planning to release a film entitled How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The J-Lo and Ojani Noa Story.

The mother-of-two claims the move represents a direct violation of a confidentiality agreement they signed a few years back, in documents filed on Friday in Los Angeles County Superior Court, according to TMZ.com.

Lopez, 40, is suing Cuban-born Noa for breach of contract and invading her privacy.

She is seeking $10million and wants a judge to ban the planned release of the movie and video footage.

Gotta be better than any of her movies.

    • One thing I didn’t consider is how thin this draft is at quarterback. That’s going to drive up the market for backups and borderline starters like Willis, Jones, and Jameis Winston. Because of that, we’ll most likely be priced out of the market for this tier of backup.
    • We've already beat the #1 seed twice, why not one more? (Packers and Rams were both #1 seed at the time we played)
    • My determination has come down to this. Based on recent QB history, has Bryce's improvement warranted 50m per season? Lamar is the only original team QB to play on his 5th year. The others took major deals at the end of the 3rd, before or just after the option was signed. Chances are, we're getting asked for the same.  I haven't rooted for Bryce to fail. I've rooted for him to succeed so big that them signing that extension would give me no worries about our future at QB at all. We haven't seen that level of play consistently that this year. We haven't seen it in the past 6 games.  We're about to be at a threshold with Bryce and I worry about what this front office will do. We have a history of bad decision making and Morgan has been part of that group making those decisions. I don't want Carolina in the same boat Arizona and Miami are right now. It has nothing to with being right. It has to do with wanting to win for more than a single season. We've never had back to back winning seasons. Faith in their abilities is not warranted at this point.
