Going to arbitration over it will almost always recoup it for the team, In this case they will likely go after it. Luke Kuechy is an example of the team not going after it.

Exactly.

Luke fulfilled the terms of his contract to the best of his ability and only because of extenuating circumstances was he not able to fully play out his deal.  Furthermore, he has continued to be an asset to the organization going forward --- giving Luke the benefit of the doubt was a no-brainer.

Meanwhile due to the Texan's generosity, in 1-year Deshaun earned almost 50% of what Luke earned in his entire career and all DW has done whine like a little bitch.

I sincerely hope Caserio plays hard-ball with the whiner and makes him own up to the full-terms of the contract he so willingly signed.

Yeah so you calling JJ Watt that as well lol, they both have been crapped on and definitely don’t deserve it.

Sure sounds like JJ was speaking directly to Deshaun in media session after the last game:

"The Texans had one final real chance, with less than two minutes remaining, that ended when Watson was sacked and fumbled the ball to the Bengals.

Texans defensive end J.J. Watt’s frustrations from a bad season boiled over during his postgame press conference Sunday. Watt called out his teammates, demanding more dedication.

“If you can’t come in and put in work in the building, go out to the practice field and work hard, do your lifts and do what you’re supposed to do, you should not be here. This is a job. We are getting paid a whole lot of money,” Watt said during a nearly two-minute monologue to close out his media availability."

The bulk of teams decide not to go after it. Arbitration is likely to be slanted in the teams favor but it doesn't mean they will recoup all of it.

You are about as far off as humanely possible. Watt is also engineering an exit from the Texans and apologized directly to Watson for "wasted one of your years." You also realize that multiple Houston teammates told Watson to leave before he took this stance, right?

Seriously, where do you get all these inaccurate takes from? Do you even pay attention to league news or just invent this stuff in your head?

If he is a whiny bitch then I guess JJ Watt is too since he wants out(and publicly made statements all season long indicating that) with a year left in his contract. I guess that makes his teammates whiny bitches too for telling him to leave.

Or maybe all these guys who want to win see that franchise for what it is, a crumbling dumpster fire. An owner who hired a professional search firm that didn't even have the GM they hired on their list of candidates, having a guy like Jack Easterby with zero personnel or scouting experience(sound familiar?) and allowing another useless New England slug to literally deconstruct the franchise on the way out. Maybe all these guys are seeing what the rest of the league is starting to realize, most of these New England guys are trash and don't know what they are doing in a front office.
